    Thanks for stopping by.

You should be able to find the answer to your question below, however if you can't find what you are looking for, please get in touch via info@theecoartisan.com.au.

    Q) Do the lipsticks, glosses, cream blush, lip scrub or wraps contain any animal ingredients?

    A) No, none of the products sold via The Eco Artisan contain any animal products or derivatives nor are they tested on any animals. No FD&C lake dyes, carmine or beeswax are used either. We also check carefully with our suppliers to ensure all of the oils and waxes used in our products are palm oil free and non GMO.

     Q) Are all products sold on The Eco Artisan website made in Australia, do you outsource anything?

    A) All our products are carefully handmade in Brisbane, Australia and nothing is outsourced overseas. All products are made in small batches.

    Q) Can I recycle the lipstick/gloss tubes and cream blush tins after I have finished using them?

    A) You can recycle the tube as long as they are disposed of into a specialist cosmetic recycling bin from 'TerraCycle'. The tubes need to be cleaned out as much as possible first. You can do this by running the tubes under very hot soapy water.
TerraCycle are helping to divert millions of pounds of waste from landfills and incinerators each month. Please visit www.terracycle.com.au to find out where your nearest public drop-off point is. Some Biome stores have TerraCycle bins in store for cosmetic packaging but check with your nearest store first.
The TerraCycle public drop-off network is a community-based initiative, so please support it by following these tips:
    • Drop your waste at the location during the hours listed; please don't leave waste at the premises if you can't locate the collection bin.
    • Only drop the type of waste listed. In other words, don't drop cosmetic packaging into a location that isn't accepting cosmetic packaging.

    Q) I have sensitive skin and/or allergies, are your products suitable for me to use?

    A) All products made and sold on The Eco Artisan website contain natural plant-based oils, waxes and butters. If you have sensitive skin or allergies please read the product ingredient description on the website and/or product ingredient label (found on the back of all lipstick packaging boxes and wrap care instructions) carefully before ordering or using.
We recommend that people with sensitive skin, perform a patch test before using any product from The Eco Artisan range first, to ensure there is no reaction.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice.
Our skin changes daily, is affected by hormones, diet and climate and as with all cosmetic products, what suited you yesterday may not today. We cannot be held responsible for any irregular reaction you may suddenly have in response to using our products.
Eco Pout Australia and Eco Three Leaf are not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient in our products.

    Q) What do you use to colour your lipsticks, gloss and cream blush?
    A) The lipstick, gloss and cream blush colours are created using natural micas and oxides and also some man mad mica. They are all lip safe and cosmetic grade, FD&C and carmine free.

    Q) What ingredients do you use to make the reusable food wraps?

*If you are allergic to any of the ingredients used in the wraps do not use* We cannot be held liable for any reaction you may have.

    A) Candellila wax, Jojoba oil and Gum Damar are used to coat the 100% cotton fabric.
The Gum Damar is 100% natural, unrefined and from the sap of the Dipterocarpaceae trees found in South East Asia. It is used for its flexibility and durability to help them "stick" so you can cover bowls and plates like you would use clingfilm.
The Gum Damar is pine resin FREE, FDA approved for use in many things such as foods and beverages as an additive and a glazing and clouding agent and to coat items such as candies and lollies.

Australian Jojoba Oil is a 100% natural liquid wax, giving the wraps suppleness and pliability. Sourced from an Australian supplier of high quality, ethically sourced oils and raw materials.

The Candelilla Wax is a 100% natural wax extracted from the Euphorbia Cerifera shrub. Candelilla is perfect for protecting your wraps as it has water repellent properties.

    Q) How long can I use the reusable food wraps for?

    A) The wraps can be reused for between 6 to 12 months if not longer with the appropriate handling and care. That means keeping them away from anything hot! Wait till food has cooled down to cover. Avoid having in direct sunlight, do not put in the washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, do not iron them or wash with hot water and do not scrub them with harsh scourers or cloths.
With regular use some cracks, creases or mild staining (from oily foods) may occur. This won’t affect the functionality of the wrap, simply give it more depth and character!  **Please avoid using the wraps on any raw meats**

    Q) Do you post overseas or just within Australia?

    A) We post only in Australia at this time. If you are overseas and are interested in purchasing, please email info@theecoartisan.com.au for a quote for international postage and we will see what we can do.

    Q) I live in Brisbane (and surrounds) and I don't want to pay for postage. Can I organise to collect  my parcel from you in the Brisbane CBD?

    A) Yes absolutely! Australia Post fees are hefty, I get it. If you want to organise a time and place to collect your parcel direct (in the Brisbane CBD only) please email info@theecoartisan.com.au and I will make it work.

    Q) Can I contact you by phone?

    A) The Eco Artisan is online and contactable by email in the first instance. This is so we can respond to queries at a convenient time when we are next available. Most questions can be answered by looking through the FAQ's or the Shipping and Returns page.
If you would still prefer a phone call, please use the form on the 'Contact Us' page to provide a few brief details about what you would like to chat about. We will then be in touch as soon as possible after that.

     Q) Do you do markets or have a 'brick and mortar' store I can visit?

    A) Not at this point in time.
We are based online which is great as it means you can shop with us at any hour of the day or night and don't even have to leave your own home (yessss)!
However, if you are based in the Brisbane metro and surrounds and would like to see the products in person, I am happy to organise a meet up with you and bring samples for you to view at a convenient time. Please email info@theecoartisan.com.au to organise.

    Q) Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Yes! Are you interested in stocking Eco Pout Australia products for either your brick-and-mortar or online store? We would love to chat you about our wholesale opportunities (Australia wide only).

If you are interested in becoming an Eco Pout Australia stockist please  complete the contact form on our 'Contact Us' page or send an email to info@theecoartisan.com.au and we will contact you to chat about your requirements further.
